Enrollment
How to enroll your child.
We'd be honored to be part of your child's early years. Here's how the enrollment journey works — and we're happy to walk you through any of it over the phone or during a tour.
The journey
Four simple steps.
- 1
Schedule a tour
Call the office or send a quick email. A tour is the best way to meet our teachers, see the classrooms, and ask the questions that matter most to your family.
- 2
Submit an application
After your tour, pick up an application from the office or request one by email. We'll walk through required forms, immunization records, and any class-specific items.
- 3
Confirm placement
We'll confirm your child's class based on age by September 1 and current openings. Classes fill — especially Pre-K — so earlier applications have the best choice.
- 4
Family orientation
Before the first day, families join us for an orientation to meet the teacher, see the classroom, and get the full year's calendar, drop-off routine, and lunch program details.
Before you apply
What to have ready.
These are the pieces that make the first day smooth. We'll walk you through anything we're missing.
- Your child's full legal name and date of birth
- Current immunization records (per California requirements)
- The class you're interested in (based on age by September 1)
- Two emergency contacts and authorized pickup names
- Any notes about allergies, routines, or needs we should know about
A note on class availability
Our classrooms are grouped by developmental stage with intentionally small ratios — which means spaces fill as the school year approaches, especially in Pre-K. Reaching out early gives your family the best choice of class.
